Bread & Chamomile

Bread Pudding

Large-chop about 200 g or 5-6 cups stale brioche. Soak the chopped bread in a warm whisked mix of 473 mL (2 cups) of milk , 4 eggs, 67 g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar, teaspoon vanilla, pat or 2 of butter, pinch of salt and a second pinch or two of ground cinnamon. Place all in a buttered baking dish and allow to sit for 15-20 to soak liquid. Bake in a 176C/350F preheated oven for about 45 minutes, checking for browning and doneness.

Optional mix-ins or toppings, pecans walnuts, raisins, ice cream and so much more.
